Both. Victor helps with long-term leases (6 to 12 months or more) and seasonal stays by the month.
What’s the typical lease length?
Long-term leases are usually 6 or 12 months. Seasonal rentals are often 1 to 4 months during high season.
Do I need a deposit?
Usually one month’s rent as a security deposit, plus the first month in advance. Victor will confirm the details for each property.
I own a condo. Can Victor rent it out for me?
